National IME capabilities with boutique-level case attention.

Independent medical evaluation and medical review services for insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and law firms — supported by credentialed physician oversight, jurisdiction-specific workflows, and responsive case coordination.

Our Story

Serving the claims industry for nearly three decades.

28Years serving the claims industry

Integral began in 1997 providing Independent Medical Examinations, Peer Reviews, Record Reviews, Radiology Reviews, and related medical review services nationally for Workers' Compensation, no-fault, general liability, disability, and litigation-related claims.

Integral maintains credentialed provider panels across the United States, with concentrated coverage in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest — supporting multi-jurisdiction caseloads for national carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and law firms.

Provider Panels

Continuously credentialed, continuously evaluated.

Integral maintains credentialed provider panels across a wide range of specialties in states across the country. Providers are reviewed for licensure, malpractice coverage, specialty qualifications, report quality, turnaround time, credibility, and responsiveness.

An internal rating system monitors provider performance on an ongoing basis. Panel providers are fully credentialed at intake and re-credentialed every six months, with current license and malpractice documentation maintained on every active provider. The result is consistent, defensible reporting and appropriate physician matching on every referral.

What Makes Integral Different

The hallmarks of our practice.

01

National IME Coordination

Multi-jurisdiction IME and medical review coordination for high-volume claims organizations — without the impersonal handoffs typical of large vendors.

02

Dedicated Case Coordinators

Cases are owned and double-checked from intake through report delivery. Adjusters reach a person, not a queue, on every file.

03

Jurisdiction-Specific Compliance

State-specific statutory, treatment-guideline, and report-distribution requirements managed across the jurisdictions we serve.

04

Pharmaceutical & Pain Management Review

Pain management record reviews completed by Pain Management physicians, in line with evidence-based pain management guidelines.
