Claims-Team Support

Reducing administrative burden on adjusters

Integral's coordinators manage the operational details around each referral so adjusters can focus on managing claims rather than chasing vendors. Each file is owned end-to-end, with proactive communication and verified document handling.

  • Dedicated coordinator assigned to each file — every call answered by a person
  • Same-day or next-day responsiveness on referrals, status requests, and questions
  • Proactive re-exam reminders so claims stay on schedule without adjuster follow-up
  • No-show communication and rescheduling handled end-to-end
  • Report tracking, distribution per jurisdiction requirements, and addendum coordination
  • Records, authorizations, and diagnostic studies obtained from treating facilities

Pharmaceutical / Pain Management

Pain Management Record Reviews

Pharmaceutical and pain management record reviews are conducted by Pain Management physicians and completed in accordance with evidence-based pain management treatment guidelines, with attention to whether a claimant's use of pain medications is appropriate and safe.

Reviews may include discussion of Morphine Equivalent Dosages, weaning schedules, generic equivalents, and other relevant clinical issues. Supporting medical evidence can be appended, and rush turnaround is available when deadlines require.

04

Compliance

Workers' Compensation

Integral supports compliance with state-specific Workers' Compensation regulations covering physician authorization and utilization, appointment notification, and report distribution. Procedures are adjusted by jurisdiction and monitored for regulatory change.
